If after 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your Solaris Sauna, you can return it for 100% refund (no restocking charges). The customer will be responsible for returning the product using their own insured shipping. The product will be inspected on return and issued a full refund if the product is in a reasonable condition (no stains, signs of abuse, etc. )

Please note that products shipped back collect will be refused. We must be notified within 10 days after your 30 day trial expires. Please note we will not accept returns BEFORE the 30 day trial has expired, as it can take some time to experience the benefits of a far-infrared sauna.

Limited Warranty

All saunas sold through www.solarissaunas.ca qualify for a 30 day, product satisfaction guarantee.

This guarantee warrants that your sauna will be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship when received. Please take time when you receive your sauna to inspect all components. The guarantee period expires 30 days from the "proof of delivery".

Any items found to be defective should be noted to SolarisSaunas.ca immediately in order to avoid a discrepancy. All defective items should be returned freight pre-paid to SolarisSaunas.ca with an RMA# (returned merchandise authorization number) at which time SolarisSaunas.ca has the right to replace or repair the item at their discretion. This guarantee does not apply to monetary losses through labor, loss of time or freight.

Items covered under this warranty include:

• Wood materials - Warranted against splitting, cracking, or warping.
• Heating units - Warranted against unit failure.

SolarisSauna.ca will repair or replace the above parts if under SolarisSauna.ca’s reasonable judgment to be defective in materials and/or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Subsequent purchasers: This warranty only extends to the original purchase only.
• Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal use, accidental damage, or improper installation
• Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged defective component or from its repair or replacement
• Replacement of the entire Sauna. This warranty extends only to repair or replace covered components proved to be defective in material or workmanship.
• Use in a commercial application.

The cost of shipping warranty claims will be at the sole responsibility of the customer. All Warranty returns must be authorized with a Warranty Claim number.
